I’ve led large-scale integrated campaigns spanning AV, OOH, media partnerships, influencers, and social. Now, I support brands on a freelance and fractional basis -offering strategic consultancy as well as hands-on campaign delivery.
Alongside consultancy, I run my own creator platform @grownuplauren (40K followers across Instagram & TikTok), producing fashion content, partnering with brands and generating affiliate income. This gives me a unique dual perspective on influencer marketing - understanding what drives results for brands while creating authentic content that resonates with audiences.

Regency Fragrances
Influencer Strategy, UGC Strategy, Campaign & Talent Management

The Objective
Regency Fragrances launched in December 2024 as a direct-to-consumer ‘inspired-by’ fragrance brand. With no existing brand awareness and minimal creative resource, the agency managing the launch (eComplete) identified influencer marketing as key to building awareness, trust, and high-performing creative assets.
The Approach
I began working with eComplete and Regency in October 2024, with full ownership of the influencer and UGC strategy including budget allocation, audience planning, and creative direction.
The strategy focused on millennial women who love affordable luxury - ‘the luxe life for less.’ Partnering with micro and macro creators whose audiences enjoy dupes, high-street fashion and new product discovery helped build a highly relevant, engaged organic following and aligned Regency with accessible yet stylish brands and creators.
All creators were contracted for paid usage, allowing Regency to extend content lifespan and drive ongoing traffic for up to 90 days post-launch, while maintaining influencer-led credibility.
To overcome the need for creative assets without relying on solely influencers and to maximise budget, I allocated part of the influencer budget to UGC.
Over 11 months, I collaborated with 50+ UGC creators to concept, script and test 200+ ad creatives. These became the backbone of Regency’s Meta and TikTok ad strategy, driving the majority of conversions — with top-performing assets generating over 200 conversions per week.
I managed all campaign operations end-to-end, including contracting, negotiation, budgeting, and invoicing.

Influencer Strategy, Influencer Gifting

The Objective
I worked with Frasers Group (studio.co.uk) first as a full-time team member and later as a freelance consultant. Due to budget cuts, there was a need to bring Studio’s influencer strategy, processes and management in-house. During this period, I took full responsibility for the end-to-end influencer function.
The Approach
I identified immediate efficiencies, reducing influencer spend while increasing reach by 126% in the first three months through strategic budget management and negotiation. I also launched a gifting and affiliate programme for Studio, onboarding over 100 gifted creators within six months across multiple categories including fashion, home and electrical.
The Impact
Despite a reduced budget, reach increased by 126% while spend dropped by 56%. The gifting programme significantly boosted the volume of high-quality content for Studio.co.uk’s organic channels.

The Objective
Housing Units is a home department store based in Manchester. The team wanted to elevate their social media content, showcasing the store and restaurant experience and generate assets for organic social use.
The Approach
I work with Housing Units to capture content instore and on location to use across organic social, generating social first assets primarily for Instagram. I also work with relevant influencers for gifting and co-ordinate seasonal events for content generation and brand awareness.
